Can I book my appointment online for some kind of treatment?
Yes, through our webpage you have the opportunity to place your bookings in the desired spa. You have to fill out the form under „Booking” and then klick to „Book”. Please don’t forget that your booking will be valid only when it is confirmed.
Do I have to despose a credit card to book?
No, you will have to pay on the spot.
How can I know if I there is any free appointment in the spa?
The arriving bookings are continuous and for that it’s not easy to tell when there is a free appointment. You should make your booking a few days in advance your planned arriving time.
If I book online means I booked it definitely?
No, your bookings have to be confirmed. After confirmation your bookings will be definite. If they don’t have appointment for the requested time, they will offer you three other possibilities to choose from which are the closest appointments to your requested appointment.
Does prices include tax (VAT)?
Yes they do.
Does the price include tip?
No, you can tip at the spot to the therapist directly or leave a tip at the reception, for example in an envelope. Tips are about the 10-20% of the services price.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Depends on what would you like to change. If they can solve it, yes you can change.
How do I cancel or reschedule booking?
You have to cancel your email either at Spa&Wellness World by sending an email to the info@spawellnessworld.com email address indicating the time, reservation code and the name. Please notice that you have to cancel your appointment 48 hours before otherwise the spas can charge you. Every spa has its own cancellation policy. For more information please contact the spa directly.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
General policy is to arrive 30 minutes ahead of your booking. If a customer is late for their appointment the spa will do what it can to provide as much of the treatment that the remaining time allows. This may mean that a 60 minute massage is shortened to a 45 minute massage so that the next customer receives their full treatment on time. It is the customer's responsibility to arrive on time.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
Any spa appointments that are missed are seen as a completed booking by the spa and Spa&Wellness World. As a result, no reimbursement will be provided to the customer. At the time of making your booking, please confirm with the spa what their cancelation policy is, 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling is standard practice.
What if I find a lower price on Spa&Wellness World for the same package after booking?
Spa&Wellness World is constantly offering new promotions and specials, but unfortunately we cannot offer refunds in such a case.
