Flat rates in € per person in half-board arrangement (ADLER culinary program), including the access to the World of Thermal Waters ADLER Aquae, access to the ADLER Fit fitness world, participation in sports and fitness programmes, as well as all other ADLER inclusive services.

ADLER Short Stays packages  4 days including half board arrangement (from Sunday to Thursday) or 3 days (from Thursday to Sunday) including the ADLER THERMAE “all-inclusive offers”.

Please note: 

• Short Stay offers and 1-week stay offers are not available on festive or public holidays.
• On "Ferragosto Day", August 15th, there will be a surcharge in the amount of EUR 25 per person for the special gala dinner and entertainment program.
• For Christmas and New Year's, please see the pacakeges listed above.
  

Our Rooms  As a guest in the Hotel ADLER Thermae you can enjoy the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere of the spacious and bright rooms, all of which have bio-air conditioning (an new innovative concept for more ecological and healthier air conditioning), a private terrace or balcony with a panoramic view of the Orcia Valley, a bathroom with a bath tub, shower, hair dryer and separate toilet and bidet, a healthy vitality minibar, ADSL-Internet connection, phone, SAT-TV and safe.

When booking a double room for single occupancy, a supplement of  70 Euro per day will be applied.

For single occupancy of a double room A supplement of € 70 per night will be applied.


Children's reductions: All prices and reductions are per child, per day and are valid with a double room reservation for 2 adults. The children's prices include our special children's full board and all our child care services and AKI Kids Club.
In the Superior Double room: children up to 2 years: € 26 per day, from 2 - 6 years 70% reduction, from 6 - 15 years 50% reduction, 15 years and older 30% reduction.
In the Family Junior Suite or Family Suite: children up to 2 years: € 40 per day, from 2 - 6 years 50% reduction, from 6 - 15 years 30% reduction, 15 years and older 20% reduction.
Special reduction for children during the “Family special weeks” 


Check-in/check-out: On the day of arrival, your room and the hotel services will be available from 3.30 p.m., and on the day of departure, your room and the hotel services will remain at your disposal until noon.

Pets: We are sorry but we cannot accept pets in our resort. Thank you for your understanding.
Reservation confirmation: To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask that you to provide us with your credit card number and expiration date when making your reservation.


ADLER SPA: We recommend that you book any spa treatments in advance.
Accepted payment methods:  Cash and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard).


Cancellation policy: In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, we recommend that you purchase the ADLER travel cancellation insurance, which acts in accordance with the standard European travel cancellation insurance policy. If you do not have travel cancellation insurance, then the following cancellation charges will apply:

up to 10 days before date of arrival	0%
9 to 3 days  before date of arrival	50%
1- 2 days  before date of arrival	100%
No show	100%

ADLER travel cancellation insurance: To avoid having to pay cancellation fees due to sudden illness or other legally valid reasons (in accordance to the standard European travel insurance policy), we recommend that you purchase the ADLER Travel insurance. Be on the safe side! The cost of this travel insurance is only EUR 7.00 per day, per room. Just ask us about the insurance policy when booking your room.
